Flames tickets terms and conditions
Terms & Conditions using Guildford Flames tickets as the promoting party for our events hosted by Guildford Spectrum.
WHILE IN ATTENDANCE, PLEASE KEEP YOUR EYES ON THE PUCK AT ALL TIMES. BY ENTERING OUR EVENT, YOU ACCEPT THAT GUILDFORD FLAMES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR LOSS.
Pricing:
In addition to adult and child (u16) ticket pricing, Flames match tickets have a concession price band for:
- Seniors aged 65+
- Those receiving Income Support
- DLA or PIP recipients
- Unemployed visitors
- Full time students with valid ID
**Please note with Concession ticket purchases, it is your responsibility to carry the appropriate ID if asked to display on entry. Failure to produce appropriate supportive ID will result in the ticket holder being asked to pay for an adult ticket.
Match entry:
- All persons entering the rink must receive a hand stamp during ticket entry scanning and hold a valid ticket that must be retained and submitted for inspection if required by any member of staff. Failure to produce a valid ticket on request may result in removal from the rink. This includes tickets shown on any device.
- All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- If a game is cancelled or abandoned and must be re-scheduled, for any reason, the ticket for that game is automatically transferred to the re-scheduled game. Options to transfer to an alternative date may be available. This includes games re-scheduled because of issues with the ice, the rink, severe weather conditions or travel problems for the participating teams.
- From time to time, Guildford Flames may issue tickets under special promotions (“Promotional Tickets”) but Promotional Tickets will be available subject to availability and subject to any terms and conditions affecting the particular promotion.
Season Tickets:
- Your season ticket entitles you entry to all home games during the designated season.
- Your season ticket QR code for each game must be presented to the stewarding team to enter the rink. Tickets are emailed to each holder, but can also be downloaded at Guildfordflames.com/tickets.
- If you are unable to attend a game, you can allow another person to use your season ticket by sending them the designated match ticket, but the user must fit the price band assigned to the given ticket. (Anyone can use an adult ticket, but only a child for a child ticket and concession qualified person for a concession claimed ticket).
- Season tickets are non refundable.
- If you request a seat change before your bulk season tickets have been sent (the initial email with all your match tickets for the season) the change can be made free of charge. If the request is made at any point after you have received your tickets for the season a seat change is charged at £25.
- We reserve the right to move your seat to maximise capacity in the rink and avoid single seats.
- We reserve the right to revoke your season ticket at any time.
