Celebrating a special occasion? Corporate event, birthday, anniversary, or reunion? Private VIP hospitality boxes are a great way to share your celebrations with all your friends and family. Hire includes space and entry for your invited guests. Optional catering, provided by Spectrum, including bar, available at extra cost.

Enhance the memory of match experience with a game night announcement or an on ice photo with a Flames player.

Video Wall and PA announcement - £20.00 + VAT

On-ice Photo with the player of your choice (Prints not available; digital photo only) - £20.00 + VAT (up to 4 guests and 4 players may be selected for any single photo booking)

All bookings subject availability. Photo Bookings not available for midweek or playoff matches.

All bookings for announcements or meet player photos must be confirmed no later than Thursday at 5pm ahead of the immediately upcoming weekend match. Bookings made beyond that deadine for a a game within 48 or 72 hours will be cancelled and refunded.
